Machiuanna advises Hong Kong corporate and commercial law specializing in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and joint ventures in a wide spectrum of industries including energy and resources (coal mining, oil and gas wells exploration), product manufacturing and distribution, and medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Machiuanna has extensive experience in advising on protection of shareholders’ interests, distribution agreements and general commercial agreements. She also advises on foreign direct investment in the PRC including investment structures, establishment of foreign investment enterprises, labour issues, land acquisition and real estate project, sino-foreign fund management company set-ups, general commercial activities, corporate restructuring, and investment exits in the PRC.
