Syren Johnstone is a Consultant on corporate and joint venture transactions in the Asia region. He also teaches Securities Regulation as part of the LLM programme at the University of Hong Kong. In 2006 he co-authored a book “Financial Markets in Hong Kong: Law and Practice” published by Oxford University Press. He practised as a solicitor with Linklaters before undertaking roles with BSCH as Regional Head of Legal and Compliance and with Societe Generale as Regional Head of Transaction Management and responsible officer for Equity Corporate Finance.
